During the 2013-2014 school year, TRA completed a thorough self-study involving representatives of all stakeholder groups. As a result of the self-study, the the faculty and parent representatives developed five goals for the next five years. These five goals are:
Goal 1: To continue to provide a culture grounded in Christian values, TRA will enhance emotional and spiritual safety through a character education initiative and an enhanced faith-based curriculum.
Goal 2: In order to continue guiding students to their full potential, TRA will improve the quality of clubs, fine arts, co-curriculars, and athletics.
Goal 3: TRA will increase student preparedness for college and/or the next level through the use of differentiated instruction and enhanced academic rigor to include the 4 C's (critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication) in all course offerings.
Goal 4: TRA will use progressive technology to drive and/or support other goals.
Goal 5: TRA faculty will uphold Christian values, display care and concern for all students, grow as subject area experts, and inspire and motivate students for participation in a global society.
